At The Brew Company, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet blends and snacks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened food items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
